FAQ
What business owners ask us
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card is saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. They scan a code, tap one button, and that's it.
Does it work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. On iPhone the card goes into Apple Wallet, on Android into Google Wallet. The sign-up page shows each customer the button for their phone.
What if a customer changes phone?
Nothing is lost. Stamps are stored with us, not on the device, and wallet cards move to the new phone with the customer's account. If needed, they can add the card again with every stamp intact.
Can I send messages to my customers?
Yes. Write a title and a message and it arrives as a notification through the card in their wallet — no SMS, no per-message cost. You can also set up automatic messages, like on birthdays or for customers who haven't visited in a month.
Is it legal to send marketing messages?
Yes, to customers who agreed. Israel's anti-spam law (section 30A of the Communications Law) only allows advertising to people who gave explicit consent. The sign-up form has a separate consent box, and messages only go to customers who ticked it.
Can I connect my POS?
Yes. Your POS or booking system can stamp a card automatically on every purchase (on Pro and Business). And with no integration at all, staff stamp from the app or the web cashier — barcode scanners work too.
What happens when the trial ends?
Cards your customers already have keep working: you can stamp, redeem, and the card keeps updating in their wallet. Only new sign-ups, messages and automations pause until you choose a package.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no commitment: you pay month to month and can switch packages or cancel at any time. Moving to a smaller package doesn't delete anything either — what's not included is simply hidden until you upgrade again.
